PC World - Comcast and DirecTV have agreed to pay US$3.2 million to settle separate charges that they violated the do-not-call provisions of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Telemarketing Sales Rule, including calling consumers who asked not to be called again, the FTC said Thursday.
